At PRYSM, we work with trusted fulfillment and shipping partners to deliver your orders to customers around the world.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.
Delivery Times
After processing, orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility. PRYSM does not control or determine these fees.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and complete when placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@prysmtm.store. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
PRYSM is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@prysmtm.store.
We will review the situation and work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to determine the appropriate solution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
