Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@prysmtm.store. Do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on where and how to send your item. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including perishable goods, personalized or custom-made products, and personal care or beauty products that have been opened or used.
We may also be unable to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards may be non-returnable, except where required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you may return the original item, subject to our return policy, and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to applicable European consumer protection laws.
The item must generally be returned in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
